Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Source Cookbook?
The Source Cookbook is a place to show and keep your source code snippets. The recipes can be embedded everywhere and are beautifully highlighted for every language.
What kind of recipes should I submit?
You can submit anything you want as long as it is not an actual food recipe! Seriously, if it is source code, this is your place to keep it; it does not matter if it is too simple or too complicated.
Is there a different way to log in apart from Google Accounts?
No, the only way to log in and submit recipes is through Google Accounts. It has been done this way in purpose since it is safer for you (we do not keep any passwords or sensitive data).
Also, we think that it is much more convenient for you because you do not need to register, you can login with only one click and you can manage everything from your Google Accounts page.
I love this! Can I help?
Of course! You can help in a lot of ways:
- Show your love by becoming a fan in the The Source Cookbook's Facebook page
- Submit suggestions, translation errors, or bugs in the feedback forum
- Or... You can just use this site and share with your programmer friends ;)
